Best Bulls Lines: Xbet Spread “See Live Odds”
Best Jazz Lines: MyBookie Spread “See Live Odds”
Taking center stage in the national spotlight, the Bulls and Jazz will look to put on a show in the first of two meetings this season as each team will aim to keep pace in their respected divisions. Chicago at 7-4 has won three straight to pull within 2 games back of front running Cleveland in the Central, while for Utah at 7-5, they are tied amongst the Northwest Division leaders with Portland and Oklahoma City and are coming off a 102-96 home defeat to Memphis.
Taking a look at the numbers for each team, Chicago is scoring 106.8 points per game as Jimmy Butler leads the way with 24.5 points per contest. However, over his last five games has been hot scoring 28.6 points with 8.0 rebounds, 6.6 assists and 3.4 steals. On defense, the Bulls are allowing 99.6 points per game. For Utah, they are scoring 97.5 points per game as they are led by Rodney Hood and his 17.4 points per game. On defense, the team is yielding 93.8 points per game.
Chicago floor general Rajon Rondo may be out of action as he is listed as day-to-day recovering from a sprained ankle.
Utah is also dealing with injuries to some key players as Derrick Favors is dealing with soreness in his left knee; an injury in which he has been dealing with all season long. Favors is not expected to suit up as is George Hill, the first-year player with Utah, who continues to be day-to-day battling a sprained right thumb. Hill missed Monday’s loss to Memphis as did Favors, but Favors is expected back after dealing with an undisclosed illness.
Both teams split the season series a year ago with each winning on their own home floor.Prediction/Pick
Utah continues to be a force on defense and will be gunning to make life difficult on the Chicago ball handlers who may be without Rondo.
